to those kinds of situations, sometimes at a high cost to us, but
the customer got what they wanted, when they needed it.
Ask yourself the following questions about your current supplier:
? Are you satisfied with the manner in which your orders
are accepted and completed?
? How often is your order mishandled with errors in billing, delivery,
etc.?
? How often have you had to tolerate delays?
? When calling the office, have you gotten through to a “live”
person who is knowledgeable and able to answer your questions intelligently?
? How often does your order arrive late and not correct?
? When reporting problems are you comfortable that the person you
are talking to understands your situation and is really capable
of correcting the problem?
? Does anyone follow-up with you to determine that things have been
corrected and you are satisfied?
We take great pride in the fact that our customers are happy with
our products and pricing and service. We know they are because many
of our new customers are referrals from existing customers.
We know that you have many sources from which to obtain the products
you want. We also know that while pricing is important, it isn’t
the most important issue in the overall scheme of things. A low
price doesn’t do you any good if the supplier can’t
deliver it when you want it!
